I was emailed multiple times checking on my service history for the 2022 Tiguan approximately two years ago. When visiting recently for the 50,000 mile service we were approached by Matt And Tyler talking about extended warantee program. At that point my wife spotted the Wolfsburg 2024Tiguan and the rest is history. We now own that car!

Since our issue was going to take some time to resolve, we were shuttled to the restaurant that we wanted to eat at and back again when we were done eating. Trevor did a good job washing our VW when the work was done. I'm sorry that we didn't get the names of the mechanics that worked on our VW, but they were great too!
Very helpful with getting my car fixed. They let me know everything that was wrong with it (which was verified by a second opinion), and called me with diagnosis and fixes before doing any work. I don't feel that I was overcharged or taken advantage of. Work was done quickly and I got my car back same day, they even dropped it off for me!
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership February 05, 25 with Marcus. The staff is quick to help, answer questions and seemed to be very upfront about their pricing. I thought they were professional in their sales tactics, offering me additional services with logic and friendliness. After declining some of the extras and accepting another, they met me at a price that I feel was very fair for the quality of vehicle I purchased. Honestly think if all dealerships operated like this one, people wouldn’t dread the car buying experience. 5/5

I made an appointment for an oil change and a recall for my Atlas. Dan and his team were amazing. He checked us in, got us a complimentary ride for shopping while everything was being taken care of, kept us posted throughout the service, and got us back on the road in no time. Was great with answering all our questions, loved the fact that he didn’t try to sell us on services we didn’t need.

Dan and the team took in my car on short notice when it made a concerning noise. They gave me a ride to work and diagnosed and corrected the problem. Since it was a manufacturing defect, it was covered under warranty. They were, as always, helpful and polite.
The process was very fast, easy and everyone we dealt with was very friendly ! We never thought we would own a Volkswagen but the style and comfort was unmatched. Although we bought a used Tiguan, we hope to buy a new one next time around and we will definitely be back to Volkswagen of Duluth !

I have been generally very pleased. I had 1 bad experience. When they rotated the tires they didn't check the tire pressure so they were all off. Front tires had rear pressure while the rear tires had front tire pressure. As I was driving off I mentioned it and one of the guys said oh just drive it should work out. It didn't. I had to go and correct each tire's pressure (after spending $800 for the overall service i needed). This should not happen. Otherwise I have liked purchasing and having my vehicle serviced at this dealership.
