Taos Tiguan Best Value
Volkswagen of Duluth is proud to share with you Cars.com has revealed its annual Best Value New Cars Affordability Report and have named both the 2023 Taos and Tiguan in their listing of best-value vehicles in the Small SUV category. The report looked at more than 70 vehicles in the market and broke them down by MSRP, fuel costs, and warranty coverage. Chosen vehicles were then compared against the median price for each category.

Cars.com developed a short list of features considered appropriate for a contemporary vehicle. These features include:
- Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Blind spot monitor
- Forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection
- Lane departure warning
In the case of the Taos and Tiguan, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Blind Spot Monitor are standard on all models. The IQ.DRIVE® Package was added to the base trim level of each as it included the rest of the required features. Included in the package are:
- Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
- Active Blind Spot Monitor
- Travel Assist
- Lane Assist
- Emergency Assist

Taos S with IQ.Drive Package
The Volkswagen Taos S is the most economical trim of Volkswagen’s compact SUV designed for everyday driving. The 3-row mid-size Tiguanis Volkswagen’s best-selling model, with the S as the most economical Tiguan trim level. Enhanced with a spacious interior and refined instrument panel, encompassing safety and comfort, along with a quality built and stylish exterior, the Tiguan provides an enjoyable and smooth ride. The Tiguan S base model is well equipped with:

- Heated front seats

Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 TSI® engine, power is rated at 184 hp @ 4,400 rpm and 221 lb-ft @ 1,600 rpm, all of which is managed by an 8-speed Tiptronic® transmission. 4Motion all-wheel drive is available on the S and all Tiguan trims. When equipped with front-wheel drive and the IQ.DRIVE Package the Tiguan S has an MSRP of $27,845.
